As citizens of Arizona, and with respect for the finite water resources that exist, we expect all customers to do their best to conserve water at all times. Fixing leaks quickly, using xeriscape landscaping, notifying the water company if a leak is found (off your property – you are responsible for fixing all leaks on your property), and overall consciousness of the amount of water being consumed are examples of being good stewards of the precious resource that we often take for granted. Additional restrictions may be imposed as outlined specifically in the curtailment tariff for your location. The curtailment tariff is included in this packet and describes additional restrictions that would apply in the event of a water shortage.
